Third Party Liability insurance is included in the rental contract. There will be unlimited cover for personal injuries, 100 Million Euros for material damages, and up to 1.6 Million Euros for environmental damages. It is very important that the rental car is used only for it’s intended purpose, as the insurance will become void if the vehicle is used to transport dangerous goods. The insurance will also not apply if an unauthorized driver is using the vehicle, or if the driver does not have the correct drivers license at the time of the incident.
